Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to talk about any issues or concerns. A non-judgemental space is provided for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I will help you find your own solutions to either make effective changes or ways to cope with your problems. It is a process to empower you to feel strong again.
